The short answer
An AI assistant inside your CRM is a layer that Injaz AI by Injaz Digital connects to the system you already use, without replacing it. It reads every chat and customer record, writes a summary, drafts a reply in the customer's dialect, ranks leads by how serious they are, and answers your staff's questions from the record. Results are written into the same customer record, and no reply reaches the customer before your staff approve it.
Business owners ask: “I want AI in my CRM but I don't want to change the system” and “my staff spend half the day reading old chats before they reply.” This is exactly what Injaz AI builds: an assistant that works inside your current system, reading, summarising and suggesting, while the decision stays with your team.
What does the Injaz AI assistant do inside your CRM?
The Injaz AI assistant inside your CRM takes over five tasks that used to take your team's time, and writes the result of each into the customer's own record.
| What Injaz AI builds for you | What your team gets back |
|---|---|
| A summary of every WhatsApp chat or written call notes, added to the customer record | Staff grasp the customer's story in seconds instead of reading dozens of messages |
| A draft reply in the customer's dialect, Gulf, Levantine or Egyptian, from your policies and prices | Faster, consistent replies; staff edit and send |
| Lead ranking: serious, needs follow-up, or general enquiry, with a written reason | The team starts each day with the leads closest to buying |
| The next step: a dated task for the responsible team member | No lead is forgotten after the first chat |
| Answers to staff questions from the record: “What did this customer ask for last time?” | No manual searching across screens |
Do you need a new CRM to add AI?
No. Injaz AI connects the assistant to your current system through its API, so it reads records and writes into them like a member of your team. Global platforms officially support this: in HubSpot, notes are added to the record timeline and associated with a contact or deal, and in Zoho CRM records are created and updated through the API. If your system is in-house, we connect to it the way it allows.
This is Injaz AI's angle on every project: we don't sell you a platform or a subscription; we make the systems you already paid for run by themselves, and free your staff from repetitive work.
How does Injaz AI build the assistant into your system?
Injaz AI builds the AI assistant into your CRM in five steps, and every step has a log you can review any time.
- An event starts the work: a WhatsApp message reaches a webhook URL you own, or a new lead enters the system.
- The assistant fetches the customer's record and past chats from your system.
- It writes the summary, drafts the reply and sets the lead's rank and reason, from your own data only.
- Results are written into the customer record: a note, the rank field and a task for the team member.
- The team member reviews the draft reply and sends or edits it, and everything stays logged.
We build these flows with n8n, whose AI Agent node decides by itself which tool to call to finish the task: searching the record, writing a note or creating a task. We install it on your server, so accounts and permissions stay in your name.
Where does AI get things wrong, and how do we protect your customers?
An AI assistant gets things wrong when it states false information confidently. The US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) calls this “confabulation”: confidently stated but false content that may mislead the reader. So Injaz AI builds the assistant with fixed rules:
- The assistant suggests, staff send. No reply reaches the customer without approval, except what you approve for automatic replies.
- It answers only from your records and policies, and if it can't find the answer it says so and hands over to staff.
- Prices, discounts and promises never come from the assistant itself, only from your approved list.
- A log of every suggestion and edit, so you can review quality and improve the rules.
Where is your customers' data kept?
Your customers' data stays with you. Injaz AI installs the assistant and its flows on your server; it reads from your system and writes into it, so your customers' data doesn't move to an intermediary subscription platform. This matters especially for companies in Saudi Arabia: the Personal Data Protection Law has been in force since 14 September 2023, and organisations were expected to comply by 14 September 2024. We give the assistant only the minimum data it needs.
You can start with a VPS of about $6 a month, enough for a medium workload.

FAQ
Does the assistant understand dialects?
Yes. We build it to read customer messages in Gulf, Levantine and Egyptian Arabic, and to draft replies in the customer's dialect or in formal Arabic, as you choose.
Does it send replies to customers on its own?
No, only what you approve. By default the assistant suggests and staff approve; automatic replies can be turned on for specific questions you choose.
Which CRMs does it work with?
With the one you have: global platforms such as HubSpot and Zoho, or an in-house system with an API. We settle the connection method in the first consultation.
Does my team need to change how it works?
No. Your team stays in its system and finds the summary, draft reply and task in the customer record it already works in.
